Join our team for 2024!

Hawke's Bay Water Polo is looking for dedicated coaches to join our team, shaping the future of our club and contributing to our competitive edge on the national stage.

Responsibilities: As a coach at Hawke's Bay Water Polo, you will be part of a collaborative effort to deliver an engaging and dynamic water polo program. Emphasis will be placed on player development, fostering a love for the sport, and preparing our teams for participation in national tournaments. Your dedication to attending trainings and putting in the hard work will be instrumental in achieving success both on and off the field.

  • Demonstrated expertise in water polo coaching.
  • Strong commitment to player development and teamwork.
  • Availability to attend regular trainings and contribute to the overall growth of our teams.
  • Passion for instilling sportsmanship and a competitive spirit in young athletes.

Community Involvement: We encourage members of our community to step forward and take on these crucial coaching roles. However, we also welcome new faces to join our close-knit family. Your contribution will not only impact individual athletes but will also play a vital role in shaping the culture of our club.

National Event Commitment: As part of our ambition to be competitive on the national scale, coaches will have the opportunity to indicate their potential attendance at the listed national events for 2024. While we understand that definite commitments may not be possible at this stage, this indication will help us plan and prepare for the upcoming season. Please note that these dates are exclusive of smaller development tournaments, which may also be part of our schedule.

If you're ready to make a positive impact and share your passion for water polo with the next generation, we invite you to apply. Together, let's elevate Hawke's Bay Water Polo to new heights. Apply now and be a crucial part of our exciting journey!
