SOCIAL WATER POLO

Join us at the Hawkes Bay Regional Aquatic Centre for a season of thrilling games, camaraderie, and aquatic fitness. Our league is open to adults aged 18 and above, and no prior water polo experience is required. Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking for some aquatic fun, this league is the perfect choice.

TERM 1 DETAILS: 

  • When: Wednesdays 7:30 - 8:30pm 
  • Dates: 18th Feb til 1st Apr (7 Weeks/Sessions) 
  • Cost: $80 per person for the term 
  • Who: Everyone over 18+!! 

This league runs every term and we would love to have you involved! 

Details:

  • Location: Hawkes Bay Regional Aquatic Centre, 42 Percival Road, Hastings

  • Game Format: Teams consist of 7 players each, and games are played in a half-hour format. We encourage all participants to arrive at least 15 minutes before the game to warm up and ensure a smooth transition between matches.

  • Equipment: We provide referees, caps, game balls, and the game schedule. All you need to bring is your swimsuit, towel, a cap (for long hair), and your enthusiasm!

  • Pool Configuration: Our games take place in a 2.2-meter deep pool, offering a challenging and exhilarating experience. The league emphasizes various water polo skills, swimming, and teamwork.
